O Informativo Histórico Monumentum homenageia nesta edição o Programa Justiça Comunitária pelos seus 17 anos de trajetória a serviço da comunidade do DF. O Programa foi concebido durante a atuação do Juizado Itinerante, e adotado pelo TJDFT em 2000. Em 2005, recebeu do Ministério da Justiça o Prêmio Innovare por ser uma prática inovadora na construção de uma sociedade mais pacífica, pois atua de forma preventiva na solução dos conflitos nas comunidades, fomentando a mediação comunitária, a educação em direitos e a animação de redes sociais.
